Getting Started
SCOPE is a CLEET-licensed security agency with an office in Oklahoma City. We provide security guard services, private investigation, executive protection, process serving, background checks, bail enforcement, security consulting, physical security assessments, and investigator and security coaching. SCOPE also runs a CLE Academy and an online community for security and investigations professionals.
Send a request through the contact page with a short description of what you need, or call (405) 902-8888 during office hours (Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 6:00pm CT). We will talk through the situation and whether it fits our services. A formal engagement begins only once a written agreement is signed.

Your Account
Anyone 18 or older can create an account with a display name, an email address, and a password. There is no charge to create one. Employers can request employer access during sign-up, and SCOPE reviews each request before an employer can post live listings on the job board.
After you verify your email, your member workspace, the community feed, and the job board open up. You can also enroll in CLE Academy courses, keep a transcript of completed hours, and RSVP to events.
Sign in and open Settings in your portal. Edit Profile covers your name, headline, bio, and photo, and Settings also links to your billing, documents, and learning.
Email info@scopeokc.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. Some records, such as certificates and transaction records, may be kept where the law requires, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Services
Security guard services, private investigation, executive protection, process serving, background checks, bail enforcement, security consulting, physical security assessments, and investigator and security coaching. Each service has its own page describing what is included and how an engagement works.
Security consulting is advisory work on your overall risk posture, policies, and organization. A physical security assessment is a defined review of a specific site that ends in a written report with prioritized recommendations.
Yes. Most engagements are tailored. We begin with a scoping conversation, propose a written plan, and adjust the work to fit your timeline, budget, and risk tolerance.
Our office is at 1415 NW 43rd St, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, and field work is based in the Oklahoma City metro and central Oklahoma. Advisory and research work can support clients elsewhere where Oklahoma licensing permits it.

Yes. SCOPE is a CLEET-licensed security agency. CLEET, the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training, licenses private security and investigations work in Oklahoma. Ask for our license details when you contact us.
Events and Training

Training designed for an organization is part of our security consulting work, and one-on-one professional development is covered by our coaching service. Tell us the audience, the topics, and the format you have in mind, and we will tell you what we can offer.
Privacy and Security
Information you send through the contact and intake forms travels over encrypted connections and is available only to the staff who need it. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
Yes. Inquiries are handled with discretion and shared only with the staff who need them. Where appropriate, we can sign a nondisclosure agreement before sensitive details are shared. We do not identify clients publicly without their permission, except where the law requires disclosure.
Yes. Email info@scopeokc.com to request a copy of your information or its deletion. We may need to confirm your identity first, and some records are kept where the law requires, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Billing
Service engagements are billed under the written agreement for that work, which sets the fees, payment methods, and schedule. There is no charge to create a SCOPE account.
Invoices issued to your account appear on the Billing page of your portal with their status and payment history. For a copy of an invoice or a billing question, email info@scopeokc.com.
Service engagements follow the refund terms in the signed agreement for that work. Refunds for paid CLE Academy courses follow the refund policy in the Terms of Use.
Technical Support
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page to reset your password. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email info@scopeokc.com from the address on your account and we will help you get back in.
